WHO WE ARE

Independent Control Between Logistics and Finance.

Datalise is an independent freight audit and recovery company that connects logistics operations, commercial agreements and financial control.

The company was built from hands-on experience across cargo operations, customs clearance, freight auditing and finance.

That perspective helps us establish what happened operationally, what was agreed commercially and what finance can defend. Technology supports the work; accountability stays human.

Built Around Your Operations

We Investigate the Cause

Vendors, agreements, rules, tolerances and outputs are configured around your actual workflow.

We explain why a charge differs - not simply that a difference exists.

WHAT WE DO

Operational Reality. Contract Terms. Financial Control.

We compare what happened operationally, what was agreed in your contracts and rate sheets, and what was actually billed.

Each finding is reviewed against the available evidence and delivered in a form your finance and logistics teams can understand and act on.

Your team receives clear findings, supporting evidence and finance-ready data - not another investigation to complete.

When authorized, Datalise also manages vendor clarification, correction and credit follow-up through closure.

Logistics is the backbone of the modern economy, yet it remains one of the most complex systems to manage. My career has taken me from the tarmac of airport ground handling and customs clearance to the intricacies of quality auditing and financial management. That journey taught me a hard truth: operational gaps and financial inconsistencies almost always evolve into significant risks.

At Datalise, we believe that freight data and invoice control is about more than just "checking boxes." It requires a deep understanding of what happened on the ground, what was agreed upon in the contract, and what the finance team can actually defend.

I founded Datalise to bridge this gap — combining real-world logistics experience with financial and auditing expertise in a purpose-built platform designed specifically for the freight industry. The result is strong financial and operational control that leads to stability.

We're here to bring clarity back to your operations through evidence-based auditing that doesn't just find errors, but delivers results your team can actually use.
